The members of the firm have appeared before the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey, the Appellate Divisions of New York and New Jersey, and daily appear before the Federal and State trials Courts in New York and New Jersey. While the firm’s primary litigation practice is before trial level and Appellate, State and Federal Courts throughout New York and New Jersey, the firm also handles Worker’s Compensation Court, Municipal Court and Civil Court matters for its clients.
The firm’s commercial work centers on Commercial Transactions, Bankruptcy, Construction, Land Development, Corporate and Limited Liability Company formation, and Litigation of Commercial Contract disputes. As many of our commercial clients also require assistance in Asset Protection and Estate Planning, we have expanded into these areas as well.

While our civil litigation practice is primarily focused on the Commercial Transportation Industry, Motor Vehicle Liability, Inland Marine and Premises Liability, we also handle Complex Insurance, Products Liability, Subrogation, and Collection matters for many clients outside of our core business. We also are regularly involved in Statutory and voluntary ADR proceeding in all areas of our practice.
Our client roster includes leaders in the Rail and Trucking Industry, National Retail Chains, Major Insurances Carriers, and TPAs, however, we also pride ourselves in working with small businesses as well.
